- A valid email address (not already registered)
- A phone number
- A strong password (minimum 10 characters with letters, numbers, and special characters)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Choose Your Role
- Go to https://app.propmv.com/signup (or click Sign Up from the login page).
- On the Role Selection screen, choose one of:
- Landlord — you own and manage rental properties
- Property Manager — you manage properties for others
- HOA Board Member — you manage a homeowners association
- Click Continue.

Step 2: Enter Your Information
Fill in the registration form. Fields vary by role:All Roles (Required)
Landlord — Additional Fields
Property Manager — Additional Fields
HOA Board Member (Self-Signup) — Additional Fields
- Click Create Account.

Step 3: Verify with OTP
- You are redirected to
/verify-otp. - Check your email for a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code in the OTP input field.
- Click Verify.

Step 4: Complete Onboarding
After verification, you are redirected based on your role:HOA Board Invite Signup
If you received an invite link with?hoaInvite= parameter:- Open the invite link — your email is pre-filled and locked.
- Complete password and personal details only (community fields are omitted).
- Verify OTP.
- Accept the board invite on
/hoa/accept-board-invite.
